Try Something Sweet This Spring

While our Pasty flavours are taking inspiration from all over the World this Spring time, our sweet bakes are taking inspiration from home.

Reintroducing a favourite, the Classic Apple Turnover, Baked flaky puff pastry triangle shell encasing a sweet apple filling with cream.

New to Spring, the Zesty Citrus Belgian Bun, a great twist on our traditional Belgian Bun, freshly baked soft bun with sultanas and an orange curd, topped with decadent citrus icing and a not forgetting a sweet lemon jelly slice.

Our Lemony Linzer Flowers have been made with our Cornish shortbread for a delicious buttery taste and melt in the mouth crumbly texture.

Vegan Raspberry Cake Slice – Sponge Cake sprinkled with whole raspberries, dusted with sugar snow and suitable for vegans.

You can now also find the Blueberry Muffin, Lemon & Cream Finger Doughnut, Raspberry & Cream Finger Doughnut and two new Giant Swiss Meringue flavours – Eton Mess and Passionfruit in stores from 12th March.
