Delivery is made via courier within 2-3 working days of placing your order, or as close to your selected delivery date as possible. Deliveries are made by a third party courier service from 8am until 8pm, Tue – Friday. Please let us know any delivery instructions in the notes section when placing your order.
Due to the perishable nature of the items and higher delivery charges to certain areas, we can only delivery to mainland UK addresses only. Items cannot be sent to the following locations: Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, the Scottish Islands and the following postcodes in Scotland: AB37, AB38, AB41-56, DD5-7, FK8, FK19-FK21, HS1-HS9, IV1-IV63, KA27-KA28, KW1-KW17, KY9-10, KY15-17, PA20-PA78, PH1-PH50 and ZE1-ZE3.
All our pasties are delivered to you frozen or part-baked depending on your order. The pasties come with a perishable sticker on the box so they will not be returned to the depot on the day of delivery. If you are out, they will be left with a neighbour. Our courier picks them up in the late afternoon and they are delivered the following day (please note, sometimes the courier can run late.). If you have left a mobile phone number on the order, you will receive a text regarding your delivery time.

Our delivery charges are shown on each item on the website. Any charges will be added at the checkout. Due to the weight of the items, delivery charges cannot be combined when you purchase multiple items.

Our pasties are delivered either part-baked, or frozen depending on your order.
Part-baked pasties need to be finished off in the oven before you eat them.
We recommend that you refrigerate your part-baked pasties between 2 and 5 °C as soon as possible. If you do refrigerate your part-baked pasties, they should be eaten within 24hrs.
If you wish to freeze your part-baked pasties, they should be frozen on the day of delivery. Please defrost thoroughly before cooking, and use within three months.
Frozen Pasties need to be put in your freezer on the day of delivery, and used within three months. Frozen Pasties can be cooked from frozen.
