Full Time Permanent Wholesale Sales and Office Administrator – St Just

We have an amazing opportunity at Warrens Bakery St Just Head Office. This role is integral to our business. This role will require you to build excellent relationships both internally and externally and have a strong customer service ethic. As our Office Administrator you will be responsible for completing customer orders, managing our system for key accounts, managing and booking deliveries, basic account management, ordering materials and supplies. A varied role, with a lot of impact.

We are looking for some one who can:

  • Be an excellent team player
  • Have good communication skills and the ability to form good relationships both internal and externally
  • Have exceptional focus on customer service
  • Have attention to detail
  • Have accuracy
  • Hold a strong IT background (this is essential for this role)
  • Have an administrative background
  • Interface with all customer orders/operating ordering system
  • Manage customer accounts and all customer enquires
  • Arrange distribution
  • Invoicing/payments and general account tasks
  • Manage export arrangements such as shipping documentation, labelling requirements, export certifications

This is a Permanent Full Time position working Monday to Friday. There is free parking on site. This is an amazing opportunity to join a friendly local business.

Salary: £18 – £21,000 plus per annum
