If you change your mind once an order has been dispatched, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns due to the perishable nature of the items.
If there is a fault with the product that has been delivered, or a delivery is missing, we guarantee you a full refund or replacement item. Please note that clear photographic evidence must be supplied before a refund or replacement is given. This needs to be emailed to [email protected] with the details of your complaint.
You can cancel or change your order up to 48hrs before before delivery is scheduled. If you cancel after this time you will still be charged. You can make changes or cancel your order by calling 01752 795063 . Please note orders cannot be cancelled by email.
All refunds will be processed within 2 working days of cancellation.
