Dartmouth, Devon – Temporary and Permanent Retail Team Members

Warrens are currently seeking multiple friendly, hard-working, and customer-oriented Full and Part Time Team Members to join us at our brand new shop in Dartmouth!

As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and providing information about our products. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our shop is always clean, tidy, and well-stocked.

While previous experience in retail or hospitality is preferred, it is not essential. We welcome applications from individuals who are enthusiastic, reliable, and willing to learn. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and comfortable in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
• Assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have with your product knowledge
• Operating the cash register and processing customer transactions
• Maintaining a clean and tidy shop floor, including restocking shelves and ensuring displays are well-presented
• Bake off products as required
• Following all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Ensuring stock levels are well maintained

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• A friendly and approachable demeanor with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well as part of a team and also independently
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
